RMA RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please fax or email a copy of the original invoice together with a request for an RMA number. 2. An RMA number will be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of a completed request form. Once assigned, the RMA number is valid for only 10 days. 3. Please mark the RMA No. on every package to be returned. All returned merchandise must have this pre-assigned number, or it will be refused. 4. Return the defective product within 10 days to us, prepaid , in its original packaging with a copy of this RMA form and invoice. If damaged during shipping, the package will be refused. 5. All claims for incomplete, defective and/or missing accessories or products, must be made within 48 hours once merchandise is received.
REFUND POLICY
A refund will only be applicable if a warranty repair cannot be carried out or parts obtained within 30 days. Then either a replacement or full credit return payment will be made. Note - we do not operate a money back guarantee. (Please contact our RMA dept, if needed)
WARRANTY
New products are covered by manufacturers' warranties unless otherwise stated. (Please see stock lists for warranty periods).
